Every Friday, whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, a guest of the hotel or simply visiting, Ingrid welcomes you by the water for a moment of relaxation and well-being. For one hour, our garden becomes your sanctuary to breathe, stretch, and reconnect with yourself 🌿

Every Friday from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM, €25 per person.
A special healthy lunch menu is available at lunchtime to extend the experience (not included in the price).
