In Les Menuires as elsewhere, F7's interior design is like no other. Entirely conceived by Véronique Vidoni, it blends art deco references, retro nods and iconic designer pieces - a neo-vintage aesthetic that makes every space a place apart. Rooms, a bar, restaurants where you want to look around just as much as you want to settle in for good.

The °F7 alchemy is the balance between high-end service and effortless ease. In Les Menuires, this philosophy defines a genuine lifestyle approach: from skiing to the restaurants, from the boutique to the pool, everything is designed so that the technical fades away in favour of pleasure and conviviality. A hybrid, open-plan living space where everything is possible.
RESTAURANTS & BARS
At the bar and at the table, everything is designed for sharing. A menu inspired by Italian and Mediterranean influences - sharing tapas, revisited Savoyard classics, open kitchen - served in a dining room with views of the peaks. And at the end of the day, a 200 m² south-facing terrace for après-ski, in partnership with Veuve Clicquot. The kind of place where you end up staying longer than planned.
SPA & POOL
On level -1, a fully glazed space - rare for a mountain spa. 12-meter heated indoor pool, sauna, hammam.
And in the evening, an adults-only time slot for those who want to unwind in peace. Natural light, views of the peaks, and nothing else to do but breathe.
BOUTIQUE & SKI SHOP
Across more than 100 m², the ski-in, ski-out experience truly comes to life. Ski and snowboard equipment rental, technical and lifestyle concept store, heated and secure lockers, ski bar. A team that knows the ski area and helps each guest find the right equipment for their level and practice. All of it in the hotel, without wasting a minute.
GROUPS & SEMINARS
A 62 m² meeting room, up to 40 people in classroom setup, Wi-Fi, sound system and projection screen included. Tailor-made packages with accommodation, meals, lift passes and ski rental. At the foot of the slopes, in a hotel that knows how to host beyond the ski boots.
Claudia and Glen, Véronique and Stéphane: the founding quartet
°Fahrenheit Seven Les Menuires was the very first project of the °Fahrenheit Seven house, for which Véronique and Stéphane Vidoni moved to the Belleville valley and joined forces with their friends Claudia and Glen De Unger. External setbacks delayed the start of construction, but they never gave up. In 2024, the first groundbreaking finally took place. The story is being written right now, in the heart of the Preyerand district. After ten years of work and unwavering determination, °Fahrenheit Seven Les Menuires will officially open in December 2026.

Camille Romanet, General Manager
Originally from Brittany, Camille Romanet built her career on instinct - between the United States, Spain, Michelin and finally hospitality, discovered almost by chance at °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens in 2021. An immediate love at first sight with the profession, remarkable talent and a rapid rise: from the front desk to deputy management, she grew alongside the °F7 house. Today, she is about to take a new step by leading °Fahrenheit Seven Les Menuires. Passionate about human connection and convinced that team spirit makes all the difference, she perfectly embodies the values of our house.
