Our destinations
Val Thorens
Val Thorens has always been a resort for serious sports enthusiasts and winter sports lovers. Voted ‘Best Ski Resort in the World’ for several years running, it is one of the most vibrant resorts in the 3 Vallées. It was only natural that °Fahrenheit Seven should open its very first establishment there!
The first property from the °F7 brand, °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens is a 4-star hotel situated on the slopes of Val Thorens, with direct access to the 3 Vallées slopes. The hardest part is leaving our ski room, where you can enjoy a final coffee whilst sitting comfortably on a vintage sofa. Once outside, you’ll be captivated by the view and the urge to ski! Are you a group of fun-loving friends or a sporty family looking to ski whilst enjoying a lively atmosphere once the slopes close? The °F7 Val Thorens is made for you!
The hotel’s 108 rooms offer a neo-vintage vibe, with décor constantly refreshed by our head interior designer, Véronique Vidoni. When it comes to dining, we head for the Mediterranean, with a menu inspired by Italian, Spanish and French cuisine. You’ll always find a table to welcome you in the restaurant, a sun-facing deckchair on our Terrace, a spot at the bar in the Zinc, and a cosy sofa by the Fireplace!
Val Thorens is, of course, first and foremost about the party! On the restaurant terrace, DJ sets and performers take turns every afternoon starting in February, and at Le Zinc every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday night. Also, don't miss the iconic Seven Parties, held once a month.

Courchevel
The village of Courchevel Moriond (or ‘Courchevel 1650’) is the family-friendly version of its jet-set big sister, Courchevel 1850. The °Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel is situated on the snow front, right at the foot of the Ariondaz cable car. An ideal location to enjoy a sunny terrace and put on your skis right by the pine trees to head out onto the slopes of the 3 Vallées! Opened in the winter of 2017–2018, the hotel was awarded the title of World’s Best Ski Hotel by the World Ski Awards as soon as it opened. If you have a lively family to keep entertained, if you want to relax whilst skiing but also enjoy a cosy, child-friendly atmosphere, the °F7 Courchevel is waiting for you!
Just a stone’s throw from all the ESF (French Ski School) departure points, the °Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel is the perfect choice for a family skiing holiday. It offers 87 stylish, vintage-inspired rooms, with up to six beds per room in our Family Duplexes. At lunchtime, you can take a seat on the terrace of La Rôtisserie, our friendly brasserie, to soak up the sun overlooking the slopes of Courchevel. In the evening, head to La Cheminée and its panoramic view of the valley to discover the chef’s bistronomic cuisine. The signature menu is updated weekly, featuring signature dishes centred around wood-fired cooking. A cosy retreat from which to admire the sunsets!
To liven up your evenings, the °Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel gets down to business at the Seven Kings: our street-side bar immerses you in the vibrant atmosphere of a pub, with a carefully curated selection of draught beers, gins and British whiskies. You might almost forget to head up to the first floor to try out the sauna and steam room in the Relax area…

Les Menuires
Accessible on skis or on foot directly from La Croisette des Menuires via the Roc 1 gondola lift (hence the name), Roc Seven Les Menuires is the highest Italian restaurant in the 3 Vallées. A breathtaking location, where the green and gold plant décor contrasts with the whiteness of the slopes. From the terrace, you can enjoy a stunning view of the peaks of the Belleville Valley whilst savouring the best of Italian cuisine. The kitchen team prepares pasta, risotto, pizzas and specialities from the Piedmont region.
If you’re in Les Menuires, or anywhere on the slopes of the 3 Vallées and keen to explore every nook and cranny, take the time to enjoy a friendly, gourmet break at the top of Roc 1! Every afternoon, the terrace comes alive to the sound of our après-ski sessions. Our crew of performers and resident DJs set the place alight every day in this incredible setting. On the programme: Festa e Dolce Vita at the top of the slopes! A friendly, festive atmosphere guaranteed until the slopes close. It’s time to head back down, but don’t panic – we’ll see you there again the very next day…

Cap Ferret
In the kitchen, dishes brimming with the flavours of the South are simmering away. The menu pays tribute to the restaurant’s Latin influences whilst showcasing the best of the South-West’s local produce: baby squid, sheep’s cheese, grilled turbot, as well as a seafood risotto to die for and Basque pork… A colourful menu just the way we like it! As for the décor, a gentle Catalan atmosphere pervades the space, with terracotta tones and textures. A hidden gem you simply must discover during your getaways to Arcachon.

Porto-Vecchio
In a homely atmosphere, combined with a passion for design, Casa Santini x Roc Seven offers 34 rooms ranging from 16 to 47 m², some of which feature a panoramic terrace. Set in this breathtaking location just a few metres from the water, its lush green surroundings make for a true haven of peace. On the dining front, the menu draws inspiration from Italian, Spanish and Corsican cuisines. The chef and his team create generous summer dishes that showcase the best of the sea and the Corsican countryside.
The most incredible thing about the hotel? A small stretch of beach and a private jetty, which perfectly complement this idyllic setting. In short, the ideal spot for all lovers of the Mediterranean who want to enjoy a magical setting for their holiday in Southern Corsica!

Biarritz
When Véronique and Stéphane Vidoni visited the former Les Baigneuses hotel in the summer of 2024, they fell in love with it at first sight. Overlooking the iconic Port-Vieux beach in Biarritz, the establishment embodies everything that defines the °Fahrenheit Seven spirit: a unique location, a warm atmosphere, a terrace and a rooftop with panoramic views.
To be ready for spring 2025, the venue required a complete transformation in record time. The works include a complete overhaul of the guest rooms to enlarge and modernise them, the reorganisation of the restaurant with an open-plan kitchen, and the redesign of the outdoor spaces. A terrace and a rooftop, designed to host social gatherings, an outdoor bar and DJ sets, promise to become the vibrant heart of the Roc Seven.
When it comes to interior design, Véronique Vidoni brings her own distinctive touch. Inspired by summery themes, she has opted for terracotta floors, reed ceilings and warm colours such as terracotta, Basque green and ecru. Every detail, from the backlit alcoves to the bespoke headboards made from natural fibres, reflects the identity of Fahrenheit Seven.
