Your rooms will be ready for you from 4pm. On the day of your check-out, your room must be vacated by 11:00 at the latest. If you arrive earlier or leave later, don't worry! We can store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room or at reception. You can also take advantage of our bars and restaurants to refresh yourself.
If you're sure you'll be arriving early, don't hesitate to let our reception team know - we'll always do our best to get your room ready as early as possible. Similarly, if you need to leave the hotel before breakfast, we can prepare a breakfast bag for you to take away: just let us know the day before at the latest!
Can we leave our bags at the hotel until we leave?
Yes, of course! Even after you have vacated your room, we will store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room or at reception. You can also take advantage of our bars and restaurants to refresh yourself.
Is there a car park in the hotel? Is it free? Do I need to book in advance?
For your convenience, we offer private, secure parking spaces within the hotel, subject to reservation. One space is included in the nightly rate. There is also a charging point for electric cars.
Don't forget to take the gate code, which will be given to you when you check in, to enter and leave the car park outside gate opening hours.
Is there a taxi/bus service between the hotel and the airports?

Are the hotel and restaurant accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Of course, Casa Santini x Roc Seven is equipped with a lift to facilitate movement between floors and offers 4 rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
As for our restaurants, they are also accessible and designed to welcome all our visitors in comfort and accessibility!
What is the maximum capacity per room?
Whatever the orientation of your room, you'll enjoy an exceptional location. But we all have our little preferences, don't we? Let us help you choose the room that suits you best!
Capacity varies according to the type of room you have booked.
- Our classic rooms, our comfort rooms and our Top Floor suite can accommodate 2 people (including children).
- Our privileged rooms can accommodate 3 people (including children)
- Our Junior and Terrace suites can accommodate 4 people (including children).
Are there services for families ( baby cots, chairs...)?
Yes, we can install a baby cot in your room, just let us know when you book so that we can prepare everything you need for your family stay. Highchairs are also available in the restaurant.
Does the hotel offer a laundry service?
We do not have our own laundry facilities, but you can leave your laundry at reception to be cleaned by our external service provider.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, pets are welcome. However, there is a supplement per pet and per room. Please let us know when you book, so that we can provide a cushion for your little friend!
What facilities are available on the site (garden, harbour...)?
At the hotel, you can start by enjoying the outdoors: our magnificent sea-view garden is perfect for sharing an antipasti or a refreshing cocktail. Deckchairs are available for you to relax under the Corsican sun, and you can collect your beach towels from reception every day.
Casa Santini x Roc Seven also offers you the best way to reach us! Our private port allows you to moor at the foot of the hotel and disembark on our pontoon. Reservations can be made on our website.
Other communal areas include the restaurant, with its sea view, and yoga/pilates classes, for a moment of relaxation and well-being.
What facilities are included in the rooms (product, safe, minibar, hairdryer...)?
All our rooms have safes, bathrooms or showers with hairdryers, towel rails, Rituals toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. You will also find a courtesy tray with teas and coffees, a Marshall speaker to listen to your favourite music, and free Wi-Fi.
We do not offer a minibar: our bars are open all day to serve you the refreshments of your choice! You'll find all the information you need in your room directory, which you can access by flashing a QR code.

It is not necessary to book in advance, but we strongly recommend it, especially in high season due to the large number of visitors. You can make your reservation directly on our website.

What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept CB, Amex and cash in our hotel and restaurant. We do not accept holiday vouchers or luncheon vouchers. If you are a hotel guest, you can also transfer your bill to your room and pay it when you check out.

What is Casa Santini x Roc Seven doing for the environment?
Because the environment is the added value of all our establishments, the least we can do is to do everything we can to limit our impact on it. Using ecological cleaning products and recycled paper, doing away with plastic bottles and straws, offering a wider range of organic, fair-trade and local produce in our restaurants, sorting waste and bio-waste to produce bio-ethanol, natural welcome products with sustainable packaging... we've done a lot and we don't intend to stop there!
