What are the check-in and check-out times?

Your rooms will be ready for you from 5pm. On the day of your check-out, your room must be vacated by 10.00 am at the latest. If you arrive earlier or leave later, don't worry! We can store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room or at reception. You can also take advantage of our bars and restaurants to refresh yourself, or visit our ski shops to choose your equipment.

If you're sure you'll be arriving early, don't hesitate to let our reception team know - we'll always do our utmost to get your room ready as early as possible. Similarly, if you need to leave the hotel before breakfast, we can prepare a breakfast bag for you to take away: just let us know the day before at the latest!

Finally, we also have a shower in our ski room, on level -1 of the hotel, so you can enjoy the slopes as soon as you arrive and when you leave, even after you've vacated your room. Towels and toiletries are available free of charge.

Can we leave our bags at the hotel until we leave?

Yes, of course! Even after you have vacated your room, we will store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room or at reception. You can also take advantage of our bars and restaurants to refresh yourself. You can also take advantage of the shower area in our ski room.

Is there a car park in the hotel? Is it free? Do I need to book in advance?

Val Thorens is a semi-pedestrian resort, with very little vehicular traffic. The °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens does not offer private parking but several parking options are available in the resort. The P0 car park is the closest to the hotel. Once you have dropped off your luggage at reception, our valet service is on hand to transport you smoothly from the car park to the hotel.

Please note! Online bookings are required and closed 7 days before your arrival date: remember to plan ahead!

Is there a taxi/bus service between the ski resorts and the airports?

Yes, we work with a number of taxi companies and can book transfers for you from stations and airports to Val Thorens.

Moûtiers - Salins - Brides-Les-Bains SNCF train station: 50 min
Lyon Part Dieu train station: 3h00
Grenoble SNCF station: 2h00


Our taxi partners can also accompany you between resorts and within the resort during your stay. Our reception team will be happy to organise this for you!

The town of Moutiers also runs shuttle buses to the ski resorts. Bookings can be made on the Altibus website.

Are the hotel and restaurant accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Of course, the °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens is equipped with a lift to facilitate movement between floors and offers 3 rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM).

As for our restaurants, they are also accessible and designed to welcome all our visitors in comfort and accessibility!

What is the maximum capacity per room?

Our 108 rooms are divided into 2 wings: the large and the small! Whichever way you choose to face, you'll enjoy an exceptional location. But we all have our little preferences, don't we? Let us help you choose the room that suits you best!

For larger groups or families, we also offer adjoining rooms, giving us greater capacity.

Capacity varies according to the type of room you have booked.

  • Our double rooms can accommodate 2 people (including children)
  • Our triple rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child under 16.
  • Our Family Rooms, like our Top Floor room, can accommodate 4 people (including children).

Are there services for families (cots, chairs, etc.)?

Yes, we can install a cot in your room, just let us know when you book so that we can prepare everything you need for your family stay. Highchairs are also available in the restaurant.

Does the hotel offer a laundry service?

We do not have laundry facilities in the hotel, but you can leave your laundry at reception to be cleaned by our external service provider.

Do you accept pets?

Yes, pets are welcome. However, there is a supplement per pet and per room. Please let us know when you book, so that we can provide a cushion for your little friend!

What facilities are available in the hotel (spa, ski shop, sports equipment, etc.)?

On the first floor of the hotel, you can first enjoy our ‘Le Relax’ area: an outdoor Nordic bath, a hammam, a sauna, an ice fountain and an herbal tea area are freely accessible all day long.

On level -1, a number of indoor bikes are available in our Ski room, as well as our Ski boutique where you can choose your ski or snowboard equipment. For added convenience, you can even book your equipment in advance of your stay, directly on our website.

Finally, at °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens you'll find several other communal areas: the restaurant, with its large terrace; Le Zinc, our festive bar; La Cheminée and the Ski bar.

Do you offer a rental and/or sales service for winter sports equipment?

Yes, our Ski Boutique is located on level -1 of the hotel, and is directly linked to the piste. Here you'll find top-of-the-range equipment for sale and hire. We've selected them from the Fischer, Elan, Dynastar and Head ranges, as well as XSocks, XBionic and Colmar for clothing. Our team of skimen will help you choose the equipment best suited to your needs!

What facilities are included in the rooms (product, safe, minibar, hairdryer, etc.)?

All our rooms have safes, bathrooms or showers with hairdryers, towel rails, Rituals toiletries, bathrobes and slippers. You will also find a courtesy tray with teas and coffees, a Marshall speaker to listen to your favourite music, and free Wi-Fi.

We do not offer a minibar: our bars are open all day to serve you the refreshments of your choice! You'll find all the information you need in your room directory, which you can access by flashing a QR code.

Which rooms are best suited to those seeking peace and quiet?

Val Thorens is one of France's most festive resorts, and the °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens is renowned for its lively atmosphere and varied music programme (check out the Agenda page on our website). In high season, our DJs and performers play on our restaurant terrace every afternoon! On the village side, prefer rooms on the upper floors: on the ground floor, evenings at Le Zinc can go on late into the night, while on the slopes side, the after-skis on the terrace keep the party going until early evening!

Does the hotel have rooms for meetings or private events?

Yes, the °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens offers the ideal setting for informal team meetings or seminars. Our meeting room Le Balcon is equipped with fibre optics and can accommodate up to 60 people. We can organise your transfers and team-building activities in conjunction with our partners. You can also privatise our various catering areas for your private events, weddings, birthday parties, etc.

Is there security in the hotel?

Our reception is open 24/7, so you'll always find someone to talk to. We also provide additional private security for our major events, such as Seven Parties and private after-ski parties on our terrace.

Does the hotel offer room service?

We do not offer room service, but don’t worry: our restaurants will always have a spot for you!

What dining options are available at the hotel (breakfast, bar, etc.)?

Our restaurant is open from breakfast to dinner. Breakfast is served buffet style from 7.30am until 10am. For lunch and dinner, we offer a Mediterranean menu, which can be enjoyed and shared either in our indoor dining room or on our large panoramic terrace, which is also accessible from the runway.

In the evening, you can also enjoy the festive evenings at Le Zinc, our emblematic party restaurant. We offer a tapas menu to share, to the sound of resident DJs (3 evenings a week). Once a month, Le Zinc transforms itself into a club at the Seven Party: a not-to-be-missed event!

For both the restaurant and the Zinc, remember to book your tables at reception or on our website.

In our Ski room, the Ski bar offers you a hot drink in the morning, and a refreshment menu in the afternoon when you return from the slopes.

Finally, La Cheminée lives to the rhythm of the hotel, in a woodsy setting by the fire. Here you can enjoy snacks from the restaurant, or simply relax with a drink or a hot drink.

What types of cuisine do you offer?

Our restaurant menu offers Mediterranean dishes, with a strong Italian influence. You'll find pasta and pizzas, as well as starters to share, seasonal salads, beef and poultry dishes and fish tartars.

On the Zinc side, you can enjoy a tapas menu and fondues to share.

Does the hotel organise evenings/events for guests?

Musical programming has been an integral part of the DNA of °Fahrenheit Seven Val Thorens since it opened: from Zinc evenings to Seven Parties, not forgetting the many after-ski events with DJ sets and performers on our terrace, events take place every day.

Is there a minimum period of stay required?

We do not impose weekly stays, but depending on the period, our minimum stay varies between 1 and 7 nights. Please consult our website for our booking conditions.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

Yes, breakfast is included in the price of your room. So you can enjoy it at no extra cost. Breakfast is served buffet-style in our restaurant from 7.30am to 10am. Do you have any special offers?

All year round, our ‘promo’ rate allows you to benefit from a 10% discount compared with the ‘flexible’ rate, due to stricter cancellation conditions. Are there options for special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.)?

Of course, we adapt our menus to suit all diets. We offer a variety of vegetarian and vegan options, clearly indicated by distinctive symbols on our menus. We also offer gluten-free options. We're committed to satisfying as many people as possible!

Do I need to book in advance to dine at the restaurant?

It is not necessary to book in advance, but we strongly recommend it, especially in high season due to the large number of visitors. You can make your reservation directly on our website.

Is there a children's menu?

Yes, we offer a menu specially designed for children in all our establishments. Consult our menus on our restaurant pages.

Can I order takeaway food?

No, we do not offer a takeaway service.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept CB, Amex and cash in our hotel and restaurant. We do not accept holiday vouchers or luncheon vouchers. If you are a hotel guest, you can also transfer your bill to your room and pay it when you check out.

Do you accept bookings for private events (birthdays...)?

Absolutely, we would be delighted to welcome you to celebrate your special moment. Our various catering areas can be made private, and our team dedicated to groups and private events will help you from A to Z, from booking rooms to arranging transfers, activities and restaurants...

What is °Fahrenheit Seven doing for the environment?

Because the environment is the added value of all our establishments, the least we can do is to do everything we can to limit our impact on it. Using ecological cleaning products and recycled paper, doing away with plastic bottles and straws, offering a wider range of organic, fair-trade and local produce in our restaurants, sorting waste and bio-waste to produce bio-ethanol, natural welcome products with sustainable packaging... we've done a lot and we don't intend to stop there!

You too can play your part in making tourism more sustainable:

  • Use public transport close to the hotel.
  • Leave your towels in the bath or shower only if you need them changed.
