Your rooms will be ready for you from 5:00 pm. On the day of your check-out, your room must be vacated by 10:00 am at the latest. If you arrive earlier, or leave later, don't worry! We can store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room or at reception. You can also take advantage of our bars and restaurants to refresh yourself, or visit our ski stores to choose your equipment.
If you're sure you'll be arriving early, don't hesitate to let our reception team know. We'll always do our best to prepare your room as early as possible. Similarly, if you need to leave the hotel before breakfast, we can prepare a breakfast bag for you to take away: just let us know the day before at the latest!
Can we leave our suitcases at the hotel until we leave?
Yes, of course! Even after you've vacated your room, we'll store your luggage free of charge in our luggage room or at reception. You can also take advantage of our bars and restaurants to refresh yourself.
Is there parking at the hotel? Is it free? Do I need to book in advance?
The °Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel does not offer private parking, but several parking options are available in the resort. The Cimes Blanches P7 parking lot is next door to the hotel.

Is there a taxi/bus service between ski resorts and airports?

The town of Moutiers also runs shuttle buses to the ski stations. Reservations can be made on the Altibus website.
Are the hotel and restaurant accessible to people with reduced mobility?
Of course, the °Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel is equipped with an elevator to facilitate movement between floors, and offers rooms adapted for people with reduced mobility (PRM).
As for our restaurants, they too are accessible and designed to welcome all our visitors in comfort and accessibility!
What is the maximum capacity per room?
In the heart of the village of Courchevel Moriond, the °Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel is a veritable cocoon for everyday hedonists. No matter which way your room faces, you'll enjoy an exceptional location. But we all have our little preferences, don't we? Let us help you choose the room that suits you best!
Capacity varies according to the type of room you've booked.
- Our double rooms, like our junior suites, can accommodate 2 people (including children).
- Our triple rooms can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child under 16.
- Our Family Rooms can accommodate 4 people (including children).
- Our top floor duplex suites, family duplex suites and °Fahrenheit Seven suites can accommodate 5 people (including children).
For larger groups or families, we also offer interconnecting rooms, providing additional capacity.
Are there services for families (baby cots, chairs...)?
Yes, we can install a baby cot in your room, just mention it when you book so we can prepare everything you need for your family stay. Highchairs are also available in the restaurant.
Does the hotel offer a laundry service?
We don't have our own laundry facilities, but you can leave your laundry at reception to be cleaned by our external service provider.
Do you accept pets?
Yes, pets are welcome. However, there is a supplement per pet and per room. Please let us know when you book, so that we can provide a cushion for your pet!
What facilities are available (spa, ski shop, sports equipment...)?
On the second floor of the hotel, you can enjoy our “Le Relax” area: a hammam, a sauna, an ice fountain, a treatment and massage area and an herbal tea room are available all day long.
On level -1, you'll find our Ski boutique, where you can choose your ski or snowboard equipment. For more simplicity, you can even reserve your equipment in advance of your stay, directly on our website.
Finally, at °Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel you'll find several other communal areas: the restaurant, with its large terrace; Le Seven Kings, our festive bar; La Cheminée and the Ski bar.
Do you offer a rental and/or sales service for winter sports equipment?
Yes, our ski shop is located on level 3 of the hotel. Here you'll find top-of-the-range equipment for sale and rental. We've selected them from the Fischer, Elan, Dynastar and Head ranges, as well as XSocks, XBionic and Colmar for clothing. Our team of skimen will help you choose the equipment best suited to your needs!

What equipment is included in the rooms (product, safe, minibar, hairdryer...)?
All our rooms are equipped with safes, bathrooms or showers with hairdryers, towel rails, Rituals products, bathrobes and slippers. You'll also find a courtesy tray with teas and coffees, a Marshall speaker for listening to your favorite tunes, and free wifi.
We don't offer a minibar: our bars are open all day to serve you the refreshments of your choice! You'll find all the information you need in your room directory, which you can access by flashing a QR code.
Does the hotel have rooms for meetings or private events?
The °Fahrenheit Seven Courchevel does not have a meeting room, but we do offer many other solutions for informal team meetings or seminars.

What catering options are available at the hotel (breakfast, bar...)?
Breakfast is served buffet-style, from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. At lunchtime, La Rôtisserie offers you a Mediterranean menu, to be enjoyed and shared either in our indoor dining room, or on our large terrace, accessible from the slope.
In the evening, you can enjoy our restaurant La Cheminée, which lives to the rhythm of the hotel, in a wooded setting by the fire. Enjoy Savoyard and bistronomic dishes, or simply relax with a drink or a hot beverage. You can also enjoy festive evenings at the Seven Kings, our emblematic party bar. We offer a variety of beers and cocktails to sample, as well as a tapas menu to share.

The Ski bar offers a hot drink in the morning, and a refreshment menu in the afternoon when you return from the slopes.
What types of cuisine do you offer?
Our restaurant menu offers Mediterranean dishes, with a strong Italian influence. You'll find pastas and pizzas, as well as starters to share, seasonal salads, beef and poultry dishes and fish tartars.
At La Cheminée, you can enjoy Savoyard and bistronomic dishes, or simply relax with a drink or hot beverage.
Does the hotel organize parties/events for customers?
For a more atmospheric evening, visit the Seven Kings, our party bar. It plunges you into the vibrant atmosphere of the pubs, with a sharp selection of English beers and gins, served in a vintage wood and leather decor. Here, after ski is a serious affair, somewhere between popular pub and speakeasy.

We do not impose weekly stays, but depending on the period, our minimum stays vary from 1 to 7 nights. We invite you to consult our website for our booking conditions.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?
Yes, breakfast is included in your room rate. So you can enjoy it at no extra cost. A buffet breakfast is served in our restaurant from 7:30 to 10:30 am. If you need to leave the hotel before breakfast opens, we can prepare a breakfast bag for you to take away: just let us know the day before at the latest!

It is not necessary to book in advance, but we highly recommend it, especially in high season due to the large number of visitors. You can make your reservation directly on our website.

Is it possible to order takeaway food?
No, we do not offer a takeaway service.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept CB, Amex and cash in our hotel and restaurant. We do not accept vacation vouchers or luncheon vouchers. If you are a hotel guest, you can also transfer your bill to your room for payment at check-out.

Where can I buy a °Fahrenheit Seven sweater?
Our full range of °Fahrenheit Seven clothing (sweaters, hats, jackets, t-shirts...) is available at reception. It changes frequently, so don't hesitate to ask for our new items!
What does °Fahrenheit Seven do for the environment?
Because the environment is the added value of all our establishments, the least we can do is to do everything we can to limit our impact on it. We use environmentally-friendly cleaning products and recycled paper, we do away with plastic bottles and straws, we offer a wider range of organic, fair-trade and locally-sourced products in our restaurants, we sort waste and bio-waste to produce bio-ethanol, we use natural welcome products with sustainable packaging... we've done a lot, and we don't intend to stop there!
